What’s your history in Nashville?
-
I grew up playing in bands and with a 1-man show, performing around Nashville at spots like Lucy's Record Shop, Guido's Pizzeria, The End, Exit/In and Mercy Lounge. Loved going to Dancin' in the District at Riverfront Park after school. Saw Rage with Wu-Tang at Starwood AND Rage with Gang-Starr at Bridgestone...Cool Dads :)
-
After a brief stint at Loyola of Chicago, I came back to MTSU and graduated with a degree in TV/Film Production while holding down a valet job at PF Changs on West End and Morton's on Church Street.

-
I then worked for 12 years in ProAV at M3 Tech Group where I moonlit as the world's #1 A/V Rapper, HiPhi the AV Pro. With a story to tell about that experience, I wrote and produced a TV Pilot called Prince of Pools where I met Rashad and Dean. It was successful enough to know that I had to go "all in" if I was gonna make this entertainment thing a reality, and thus NDC was born.

What’s your history in Nashville?
-
In 2005, I just kinda fell over here and liked it a lot. People were great, the cost of living was low and I could afford to buy a house! I fell in with the Mercy Lounge and Basement crowd and in my free time I helped book and promote bands of the non country variety. I hopped between East Nashville - frequenting 5 Spot and 3 Crow Bar - and the other side of the river - Mercy Lounge and The Basement.
-
I started working for a company called Emma working on an email marketing platform, and from there I worked in product development for Griffin Technology. Griffin got sold and I started a company with two colleagues, working on a product we invented together that helps healthcare workers. All the while, I work in film and TV and have appeared on shows like Dynasty, Nashville, SIX, and Dolly Partons Heartstrings - Jolene.
